1. Download 1.1.4 firmware
2. DFU restore (shift + Restore)
3. ZiPhone 2.5c

What's next?

1. Tap "Installer"
2. Let it refresh it's sources
3. Agree to update Installer
4. Install BSD Subsystem
5. Install OpenSSH
6. Install Community Sources (it'll automatically refresh sources)
7. Add http://www.trejan.com/irepo/ to sources list
8. Install "Utilities > Erica's iPhone Utils"
9. Install "Utilities > Erica's Utilities"
10. Login to the iPhone via ssh. I use putty. 1st login takes a little over 30 seconds or so
11. Take a screenshot of me bare naked iPhone
12. I can see any immediate difference, well it's said that 1.1.4 addresses bug fixes
13. Install "Utilities > Baseband Info(bbinfo)" to take the below 3 info screenshots
