We've seen some examples of it's use and effects on the net. How about a test in a uncontrolled environment by a plain Joe?
The Lambency Flash Diffuser with it's domes. I used the clear dome for the photos below.
1/60 sec at f2.8, ISO200. Flash in manual mode, dialed in 1/64.
Flash pointing to the left with Lambency Flash Diffuser..
Flash still pointing to the left, with the diffuser removed..
Flash bouncing off the ceiling without the diffuser..
These shots are not good, but it demonstrates the Lambency Flash Diffuser at work.
1) Light evenly distributed
2) Underexposed
3) Prominent shadows
