Normally you'd see em' hand rolling the noodles with a small manual machine. This fellas have an electronic machine. Nifty! Oh ya as you can see, it's not 'plank' style but rather like plain noodles.
Do you spot the sunny side up egg? Mix it well and mmm..
But where's the chili you yell? There you go! Add as much as your taste buds tell ya too!

Definitely a must visit place. I been there for two times. The chilli "pan mien" is awesome, :D
