Yippee! I got another SRA!
This time it reads:
For your effort in coordinating all issues related to RHSS from home/during your off days and started to train rest of the SME's. You have taken empowerment and ownership in handling RHSS issue.
RHSS = Red Hat Satellite Server
SME = Subject Matter Expert
