Do You Know Your Lung Capacity?
I spent 3 hours at the clinic today for a med. checkup. By gawd it was the most boring time spent. Couldn't plug me iPod as I had to listen out for my name. So there I was surrounded by Bangladeshis, trying to entertain myself by wandering in space.
The most interesting bit? Boy the lil' silly device reported I have a lung capacity of a 60 yr. old! After all tht I huffed and puffed and tht was the best I got. Gee whiz blow me away!

don't feel sad boy.. i had the same experience and remark made at IJN last year during med checkup.. we should go for more karaoke to build up the lung..
